About 5 weeks ago I started this sleeping course called "Sömnskolan". It's a 6-week long online course that helps you with your sleeping habits. When I started the course I had lots of nightmares, as much as every night at one point. I also woke up 4-6 times per night and had trouble falling back asleep. Now, especially that I'm pregnant, sleep is SO important for me and this course has helped me more than I could imagine when I started it.
How fast and how much the program will help you is individual but for me it only took a couple of weeks before I started noticing big differences. And now my sleep is close to perfect if you ask me! During the times I woke up as much as 6 times per night, I never felt rested when I woke up, even if I had slept for 12 hours. It's probably because I never got any deep sleep due to waking up all the time. Now I would say I almost have some sort of blackout sleep where I fall asleep and honestly can't tell if I've taken a two hour nap or slept a full night when I wake up, because it's like a sleep coma these days (I love it). And already from the moment I wake up I have so much more energy, which is exactly what I need right now that pregnancy is making me more tired than usual. So this sleeping program couldn't have come at a better time for me!
Click here to check out the online sleeping course (a full 6 week program is only 29€ and it's more than worth it). Then if you want to go all in you can also get yourself a personal sleeping coach, which you find here. I'm honestly a bit sad my sleeping course is coming to an end because I've gotten so much out of it and it's been such a feel good program overall. And I do recommend this course to everyone who feels that their sleeping could be better, because you don't have to have insomnia to improve your sleeping habits (!!) - and in my case I didn't even think about my sleeping habits as bad, but now that I compare my sleeping quality to what it was like before I started this program the difference is HUGE. And I feel so much better in every way.
Ps. This program is a great christmas gift if you're gonna do as I and not buy any physical gifts (to not be part of mass-consumption etc). <3
