I had the kind of night where I barely slept because of nightmares. I woke up feeling more exhausted than when I went to bed and I had 0 energy and inspiration to start this day. It was the type of morning when the bed felt a little too cold and everything on my schedule seemed too much at the moment.
Then I went out with this little guy for a walk, the sun was shining, it was over 20 degrees and it was such a beautiful combination of summer and fall. Just sitting outside in the sun for 15 minutes made my whole mindset change. I suddenly felt happy and inspired and definitely ready for this Wednesday. Then I made my favorite breakfast and started looking at today's work & to-do list, which suddenly aslo felt GOOD.
This is just a reminder that we can't change how we feel but we can change our mindset. A bad morning doesn't have to mean a bad day. This isn't as easy as I make it sound tho, it basically took me 19 years to accomplish this haha.
