Okay guys, so as you know I've been talking about how I just can't calm down after a stressy day and how I have bad nightmares. My schedule is usually over-booked and when it's time to go the bed I often take that stress with me when I go to sleep. Which makes my sleeping habits pretty bad...

For example, after having used the program for a couple of days I contacted my coach and told him what was working and what was hard - he then gave me some advice on how I could adjust the different exercises so they would fit me 110%. And it did!
Plus, if you're the type of person that have a hard time to remember things or get started when it comes to these types of programs, you can have your very own coach reminding you instead of putting on an alarm/forgetting it.
