I'm on a journey towards my target weight and as I've said before I'm only a few kg's away now!! The last kg's have come pretty fast and it's mainly because I've been set on having at least one shake/super meal/meal compensator in between everything else I eat.
About a month ago I started having Vegeway shakes once a day, you find it here. I like all flavours but my favorite one right now is the flax protein.
Another tip on how to gain weight that I've recently started doing is to have a fruit/some chocolate/nuts etc every other hour all day long. This way you won't feel so full but you get a LOT of extra energy.
