Ok so this chia bowl is one of my favorite snacks/meals that I make almost every day. It's soy yoghurt with strawberries, banana and coconut oil that you find here. Then I mix it with chia seeds, that is my absolute favorite thing to put in everything in between porridge and smoothies. The chia seeds are also from Rawsom and you find the product here.
I've been adding both the coconut oil and the chia seeds to at least one meal everyday. I love how it's an easy way to get your meals a little healthier and it also tastes good with almost anything. I still haven't tried to make chia pudding since I'm a bit lazy when it comes to cooking hehe. But if you want to try something GOOD and HEALTHY and VEGAN you should definitely try this.
