My schedule is always too busy and I sometimes feel like I don't have the time to stop and reflect over my past day or even my past hours. This can easily lead to never being satisfied because whatever you accomplish that day you're mind is already on the next thing you need to do or the next place you need to go.
I caught myself eating noodles e v e r y day last week for lunch because I was too busy to make anything else. Not that great. I've also tried to get myself into yoga or meditation since everyone I meet keep on recommending me that. I tired to do a yoga lesson for beginners on youtube once but after three minutes I was so restless I couldn't continue. (Ps. I'm also too stressed out to read books right now, any advice on that one??)
So no more advice on yoga or meditation, but advice on how to even get to the place where you are capable of starting that is what I need. Until that I'm sticking to my own 5 minute happy routine as I call it.
