A day in life as a vegan 8/11/2018 7:03 PM 8/11/2018 7:03 PM Vegan mollies mollies Breakkie: I make the same breakfast almost every morning, but it's perfect if you're in a hurry and need energy. It's porridge with oat milk, banana, peanut butter and cinnamon! Lunch: My husband made me this amazing avocado pasta that contains whole grain spaghetti, Oatly creme fraiche, tomatoes, fresh onion and avocado. It's simple and I LOVE IT. Snack: Since I'm still trying to gain some weight I usually have 1-2 of these/some other protein shake between my lunch and dinner. It's an easy way to get energy and an extra "meal". Dinner: vegan beanie burger and fries!! Probably my signature meal heh. Hope you’re having a great Saturday and eating gooood.
